Where can I buy a used car in Colorado without haggling?

Do I pay sales tax based on where I live or where I buy?
Colorado's 2.9% state sales tax applies statewide, and local taxes are based on your address. If you register the vehicle outside the area where you buy it, the taxes for your home area are collected when the vehicle is titled.
Can I trade in my car to lower my sales tax?
For Colorado state sales tax, the fair market value of a trade-in is excluded from the taxable price of the vehicle you buy. Some self-collecting home-rule cities set their own rules, so check with your city.
Does a used car need an emissions test in Colorado?
In the Denver metro and North Front Range program area, gas vehicles are exempt for their first seven model years, then most need a test every two years. Colorado dealers must provide a passing test or a test voucher when they sell a vehicle that needs one.
Can I buy from Emich if I live outside the Denver area?
