Emich Volkswagen is the place to go if you own a VW anywhere in the state of Colorado. I recently had my Tiguan serviced at their Santa Fe location, and the entire experience was exceptional. Collin D. was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was professional, attentive, and incredibly thorough, keeping me informed throughout the repair process and making sure all my questions were answered. A huge thank-you to Brian, the technician, for his expertise and attention to detail. I received updates via text and video throughout the repair process, including actual footage of the work being performed on my vehicle. I really appreciated that level of transparency and communication. The dealership also made transportation incredibly convenient. They arranged rideshare transportation to and from the dealership and provided a loaner vehicle while my Tiguan was being serviced. Dropping your vehicle off and being out the door within approximately 10 minutes or less in a rideshare is pretty impeccable. The entire process was effortless. I also accidentally left my son's headphones in the loaner vehicle, and Collin made sure they were located and safely held for me to pick up. Just another example of the thoughtful customer service I experienced. I genuinely cannot imagine taking my VW anywhere else. Collin, Brian, and the entire Emich team, thank you for taking such excellent care of my vehicle and making what could have been a stressful experience so easy. Five stars simply aren't enough. You can be completely confident that you and your Volkswagen are in excellent hands at Emich VW. This team consistently goes above and beyond, and they've absolutely earned our loyalty.

Very professional experience. All information was discussed up front. Since this was an insurance based repair, they knew exactly what to do, communication was excellent working between insurance and shop. Repair makes a 2017 car look in almost new condition. You can use them with confidence!

Marissa was fantastic through this whole process. Responded to text messages very quickly, and made the entire repair process very easy. The team did a fantastic job fixing my car, and i would definitely go back to them.

Great experience shopping with Emich. We came in knowing what we wanted to look at and Dustin was great. No pushy sales tactics, just providing us information on the car we wanted to look at. Gave us a full rundown on the vehicle’s history and let us make our decision. Would highly recommend buying a car from them.

I had a terrible experience at another Denver Metro VW recently which had me looking for other options. I went to Emich, shared my experience, what I was looking for to sign that day & they made it happen. Additionally, during the test drive Quinn showed me features that the other dealership neglected to mention. After I signed he sat in the car with me and went through most of the settings and features the vehicle had to offer. They listened to me, helped me get what I want and went above and beyond with their customer service.

I brought my 2023 Arteon for its initial servicing. Scheduling the appointment was easy and a day/time fit my schedule. The servicing was efficient and uneventful. The client lounge area is clean, well-lit, and drinks/snacks are available. Dog friendly dealership! ETA: Bought out the lease on my 2023 Arteon and the sales and finance staff made the process smooth and easy. I will continue to take my vehicle to Emich for servicing.

As usual Joe the service writer was excellent in suggesting needed services. I recommend him to others to see anytime they visit the location.
