The vehicle was priced right in line with where it should have been but I got a line about how they “ really underpriced this car but will honor what it’s listed at”.

Great, friendly people, as soon as you step foot in the door. No one is over-pressuring you, or all up in your face when you pull into the dealership. Dan was an awesome salesman, he was fighting for me to get the price closer to my budget and was super communicative the whole time. I was helped by Rob Seski while looking to purchase a used EV. Rob had the listing for the one I was most interested in and I am glad he did. The dealership is kept in top shape and the entire transaction was completely transparent. No sales tactics or strong-arming from what I saw, just a real professionally run business. Transparent on pricing, transparent on deal terms, and literally no surprises. Everything was clearly stated up front, the vehicle was exactly as advertised, I wouldn't honestly change a thing if I could about the entire transaction. The price we agreed on was the price I walked out of the door paying. Rob was / is a great communicator, he gets the information you need quickly to make an informed decision and close the deal. There was a minor issue discovered when I drove off the lot. After bringing this to Jennifer Gillespie's attention, she was very helpful in guiding me in the right direction for a resolution. Once a diagnosis was ran at AUDI Denver, in Littleton, Brian Overton of Emich stepped up to the plate and took care of everything for me. Great Customer Service
We bought a Subaru from Emich Automotive. We came from out of town. During the 4 hour drive home we noticed some issues with the Subaru that clearly were not the dealer's fault. We contacted them and they were truly amazing to work with. They had us take the vehicle to our local Subaru and paid for the fix without any questions. In this day, great customer service can be hard to come by and I am truly thankful to this crew for being so honest and amazing! Our salesman Eddy Colin was such a pleasure to meet and work with! Stopped in to check out a used VW e-golf after talking to Tom Hardin on the phone and getting invited to stop by. Tom and Rob Seski were extremely helpful in learning about the e-golf and testing it out. The team worked with me on every concern that I had, and made me 100% comfortable and confident in purchasing from them. Thankful for the finance walkthrough and clarity from Clarissa Beloff. Colt Emich even stepped in to ensure that all my concerns were addressed. I felt like a guest in their home, which was great and I walked out with a great "new" car. Even offered me to have a burger as the team was grilling out on Saturday! If you want a good car buying experience, I highly recommend it. There were no pushy salespeople or slights of hands. With everyone having to take extra safety precautions these days, the sales team at Emich did an awesome job helping me find a new car while practicing a healthy protocol. We were able to view the vehicle we wanted to, get questions answered and test drive it. All from a safe distance. When it came time for paperwork, they were able to communicate and process everything remotely while I was at home. Picking up the vehicle was quick and easy! I live 2 hours away but Emich's staff was so professional and personable, I know I made the right choice coming here. I will definatly be recommending to whoever I know is buying a car.
